My name is Will. This blog is an outlet for me to share my thoughts on current affairs, travel and pop culture. I've been fortunate enough to travel a sizeable amount of the world, from living in a van in Australia, to hitchhiking in the USA, to taking trains around Japan. This has exposed me to many different takes and opinions on the world, society and how we approach it. This has fostered a passion to understand the world we live in, and a healthy  scepticism around the limitations we as individuals have in achieving this. 

I have a degree in History and will use the writing and analysis skills i have developed to give an interesting read and hopefully stimulate conversation.

I have split my blog into the 3 areas I wish to write about. Firstly current affairs; in this section I will do my best to provide accurate information on what i discuss, with a distinction between what the facts are, and what is my opinion and own thoughts. Second is travel; this will focus on my experiences and thoughts on travelling, places I would recommend and how to get the best out of the journey. Lastly will be pop culture; again this is more opinion based discussions of movies and shows. The main genre will be horror as this is my personal favourite, but i will write on anything that stands out as well.
